Masak diatas api sedang, sambil diaduk hingga rata dan matang (kering). Bagi menjadi 25 bagian Campur ubi bersama tepung kanji, garam dan pewarna hijau (bisa dari perasan daun pandan/suji). Aduk dan uleni sampai halus. Bagi menjadi 25 bagian Daun pisang yang akan digunakan untuk membungkus dilayukan terlebih dulu diatas api kecil. Setelah cukup layu (jangan sampai berwarna hitam) olesi bagian permukaan dalamnya dengan minyak goreng. Ambil satu bagian adonan kulit, isi tengahnya dengan satu bagian adonan isi. Bentuk bulat lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang. Parut kelapa lalu diberi sedikit garam dan dikukus sebentar&lt;br /&gt;Rebus gula merah dengan air sampai hancur. Setelah itu masukkan daun pandan dan potongan nangka. Biarkan rebusan gula hingga agak mengental. Setelah cukup kental angkat dari atas api dan saring Campurkan ubi, kelapa parut dan tepung kanji. Uleni hingga adonan kalis. Selanjutnya buat bulatan-bulatan kecil. Rebus bulatan-bulatan tsb dalam air mendidih sampai matang (terapung). Angkat dan masukkan kedalam rebusan gula merah. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 175 derajat celcius, siapkan loyang segiempat ukuran 24 cm. olesi dengan margarine dan taburi tepung terigu. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cake : panaskan oven dengan temperatur 175 derajat celcius, siapkan loyang ukuran 22 cm, olesi dengan magarine dan taburi dengan tepung terigu, sisihkan. Kocok teur besama gula, selama 7 menut, masukkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, aduk rata, tambahkan margarine yang telah dilelehkan, aduk rata. Tuangkan ke dalam oven dan panggang selama 30 menit, angkat, dinginkan.&lt;br/&gt;2. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang ukuran 22 cm, letakkan kue kedalam loyang dan tekantekan, sisihkan.&lt;br/&gt;3. Cokelat masak dark dan white, potong-potong, masukkan masing-masing kedalam pinggan tahan panas atau panci yang bersih.&lt;br/&gt;2. Letakkan panci diatas wadah dengan air, kemudian tim dengan api sedang hingga cokelat meleleh.&lt;br/&gt;3. Ambil cetakan cokelat yang bersih, tuangkan cokelat padat tidak ada gelembung udaranya. Kemudian isi penuh dan simpan dalam freezer selama 10 menit hingga mengeras, keluarkan.&lt;br/&gt;4. Bila ingin membuat dengan variasi dua jenis cokelat "dark" dan "white" gunakan kuas gambar untuk mengolesi cetakan dengan satu warna, kemudian simpan selama 3 menit dalam freezer dan tuangkan warna lainnya dan simpan dalam freezer kembali hingga mengeras.&lt;br/&gt;5. Siapkan loyang pai ukuran kecil, oelsi dengan margarine, sisihkan.&lt;br/&gt;2. Kulit : campur tepung terigu dengan margarine, aduk rata hingga seluruh tepung tertutup margarine. Campur tepung terigu dengan cokelat bubuk, baking powder, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata.&lt;br/&gt;2. Masukkan susu cair dan kuning telur, aduk rata, tambahkan mentega cair, aduk rata.Masukkan putih telur yang telah dikocok, aduk rata dan diamkan selama 15 menit.&lt;br/&gt;3. Siapkan loyang segiempat ukuran&lt;br/&gt;20 cm, olesi dengan mentega dan&lt;br/&gt;alasi dengan kertas roti. Panaskan&lt;br/&gt;oven dengan temperatur 180&lt;br/&gt;derajat Celcius.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2. Kismis rendam sebentar dalam air&lt;br/&gt;dan tiriskan.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;3.
